Seller’s Responsibilities

Listing and Selling of Illegal or Hazardous Item

The orengeo™ auction site has been designed to serve needs for listing and selling not only a small quantity of items but also a large (or bulk) quantity. Hence the site encourages registered sellers to list and sell a variety of items. Nevertheless, the orengeo™ auction site does not allow any item that is defined as either illegal or hazardous by any local, state, or federal agency. The site reserves a right to refuse or remove any item that it considers inappropriate at any time without any advanced notification. Please review the Prohibited Items Policy prior to listing and selling any item.

Shipping Item

Seller will be given a shipping instruction, including a buyer’s address, once a payment for an item is received and confirmed by orengeo™ Transaction process. Then, the seller will have seven (7) calendar days to ship the item to the buyer. However, if the seller has allowed the buyer to arrange for the shipping, then the seller is responsible for packaging the item and wait for the item to be picked up.

Leaving Feedback for Buyer

At any time after the item is shipped, the seller has an option to leave a feedback for the buyer. By leaving a feedback for the buyer, you are ensuring that the buyer is legitimate and reputable for other sellers to do business with. In addition, you are enabling the orengeo™ auction site to evaluate the buyer based on feedbacks from you and other sellers.

In addition to the feedback system, the orengeo™ site has established the orengeo™ Transaction Services to ensure that the sellers are protected while using the orengeo™ site.
