through their own website and sell & buy items without the difficulty that many
of us may face. Our technology experts have created a simple solution for a comprehensive
online business tool. From selling your items to reaching your audience our solution
is simple as 1-2-3.
Even though the auction site itself has been launched in 2011, we have been selling
IT related items online for the last 3 years. Based on the experiences we have gathered
from selling online and offline, we have designed and developed not only the e-commerce
site itself but also integrated a transaction and payment processes with the maximum
security to ensure all activities are safe and secure. With the first transaction
of trying our service to growing your business reaping maximum returns we are here
to provide you a solution to online commerce.
orengeo™ does not represent the seller -and/-or the buyer. However, if a seller
requests orengeo™ to represent to sell his/her item(s), orengeo™ will represent
the seller. On such case, item(s) will be listed as orengeo™ items and not the actual
seller’s items. Please review item detail description to find out about who's selling
the item.

Registration Security
orengeo™ registration is open to any individual or company that can legally enter
into binding contracts. If you are an individual selling or buying items, you must
be at least 18 years old to register and use this site. If you represent a company,
you must be authorized agent to list and sell items. orengeo™ may request additional
proof indicating that you are authorized to conduct activities.
To register with orengeo™, please enter your valid email address on the
Sign In/Register
page. After submitting your email address, you will receive a welcome email message
with a temporary password that you can use sign in. Once signed in, you can change
your password.
There is never any fee to register with orengeo™ nor do we charge any monthly fees
for the website template that you may create.
No, you don't need your credit card information. Once you list and sell any item,
however, you are asked to set up a reimbursement account for the purpose of receiving
due amounts, less any fee(s), for sold item(s). Please refer to the
Transaction Service for more information.
Security
orengeo™ takes security very seriously and has taken necessary steps to maintain
the security and privacy of your data at our site. We utilize a secure layer protocol
(SSL) to ensure the site is protected from un-authorized access. Unfortunately,
no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed
to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable
Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations
of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy
of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site
may not be guaranteed 100%; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed
or tampered with in transit by a third party.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for the policies or practices of 3rd party sellers
and/or companies. Additionally, other companies that place advertising on our site
may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through
the use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information. You should
contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of
the information that they collect.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others.
We may provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates,
services providers, partners and other third parties. We and our service partners
may use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our sites and to deliver
their services. For example, we must release your address information to the delivery
service to deliver products that you ordered or to complete payment processing for
your order; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide
customer service. We will encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy
policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our service
partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not
subject to our control.
We may also use data for other purposes, which we would describe to you at the point
when we collect the information. Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement
or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate
governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon
receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our
services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement
agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
For Sellers: Listings & Charge
Although orengeo™ encourages a potential seller to list and sell a variety of items,
we do prohibit certain items from being listed and sold at orengeo™ site. Please
refer to the
Prohibited Items Policy and
Acceptable Use Policy for further information.
Finally, orengeo™ reserves a right to update the above mentioned policies at any
time at its own sole discretion without any advanced notification to the users.
No, you have an option to list and sell item(s) through an option called Express
Buy. Through the Express Buy option, any registered buyer can simply purchase the
item without waiting for an auction to end. In addition, if you have bulk items
but do not have time to list them on your own, you can contact orengeo™ and have
orengeo™ list and sell the item(s) for you via online auction or offline sales channels.

Once your item(s) are sold with winning bid(s) or through Express Buy, all transactions
will go through our transactions processes to protect both the buyer and you as
the seller.
For Buyers : Purchasing & Paying for Item(s)
No. In addition to the auction, you can purchase an item via Express Buy without
any auction process. Not all items will be available via Express Buy, but those
items available for Express Buy will be clearly marked as Express Buy items.
Even though orengeo™ accepts all payments as a part of escrow process for all transactions,
it is up to each registered seller to indicate what type of payments he or she is
willing to accept for the item(s) at the time of listings. The acceptable payment
types are credit cards (VISA, Master Card, and Discover), PayPal, and orengeo™ credit.
Yes, you can place a bid above the asking price. Any amount above the minimum bid
price will be set aside as the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for the
item. Until the current bid amount reaches your maximum reserve bid amount, you
will be the winning bidder for the given item. Once another bidder places a higher
bid than your maximum reserve bid amount, you will be no longer the highest bidder.
To place a reserve bid, simply enter the maximum amount you would pay for the item
on the page that describes the item.
If two buyers place the same maximum reserve bid amounts, the winner would be the
buyer who places the maximum reserve bid amount first. The second bidder would have
to reserve a higher maximum bid in order to win the item.
Feedback
orengeo™ requests that all buyers provide feedback on the item(s) they purchase.
orengeo™ uses the feedback to not only evaluate quality of the sellers, but also
release payment(s) to the sellers (please refer to Transaction Service Agreement
for more information). In addition, the feedback will give the buyers and/or the
sellers opportunities to review history of particular buyer/seller and to decide
if they'd like to do business with that particular buyer/seller.
Yes. As a part of improving the overall user experience and making each transaction
transparent, you as a seller are encouraged to leave a feedback on a buyer. However,
unlike the feedback for seller, this is an optional.
Each feedback will be used to evaluate quality of seller/buyer. If a seller or a
buyer receives a predetermined unacceptable number of negative feedbacks, orengeo™
reserves a right to disable the membership to ensure the overall experience of the
orengeo™ site remains positive for the rest of the users.
Shipping
The shipping policy is typically stated in the item description posted by the seller.
In most cases the buyer would have to pay for shipping. In other cases, shipping
would be free or the buyer will have to arrange a local pick-up. Alternatively,
the seller can provide an option for the buyer to use his or her own shipping method,
thereby eliminating any potential for over charging and providing a maximum flexibility
for the buyer. Please review each item's description for more information.
The seller is responsible for shipping the item to you. There might be instances
where the seller requests a local pick-up only. In addition, when the seller provides
an option for the buyer to use his or her own shipping method and the buyer chooses
this option, then the buyer is fully responsible for arranging and delivery of the
item. In such case, the seller is only responsible for packing the item and will
not be responsible for shipping the item. Please review each item’s description
for more information. If additional questions arise, please contact the sellers.
If the seller indicates that the item is available for local pickup, then the item
is available for the local pickup. Each seller might have different reason for allowing
or not allowing local pickup. So, please review each item’s description for more
information.
Conflict Resolution
As a user of the orengeo™ auction site, you are entitled to file a dispute with
the auction site if you are unhappy with the services provided. When you do file
a dispute with the site, we request that you provide a detailed description of the
“problem” to us. Once we receive your dispute, we will contact you within 24 hours
to acknowledge that we have received your dispute. In addition, we will do our best
to resolve the dispute as fairly as possible. If you have any questions, please

When a problem rises between a buyer and a seller, orengeo™ encourages both parties
to resolve the problem. However, we do understand that at times it is simply not
possible to overcome the difference and to resolve the problem. When such situation
does occur, you can file a dispute with the other party. Once the dispute is filed,
a 3rd party arbitrator will work with both parties to resolve the problem. Please

a dispute.
