Acceptable Use Policy
The orengeoTM online site (“the Site”) is dedicated to fulfill public’s
needs for quality products and services at extraordinary deals. The Site welcomes all individual and businesses
to list and sell products and service through this medium.
The Site also encourages any potential buyer to browse items listed and purchase
them at the best prices possible.
Although the Site welcomes the public to list and sell items, the Site does not allow
any item that is defined or classified as either illegal or hazardous by any local,
state, or federal agency to be listed for sale. In addition, the Site reserves the
right in its sole discretion to remove any item or content for any reason, including
but not limited to, your violation of any laws or the terms and conditions of listed
throughout the Site, including this policy.
The Site has also listed other documents – Site Terms of Use, Prohibited Items Policy,
Privacy Policy, Fee Structure, & other policies – and encourages any user of the
Site to read them carefully before registering and using the Site. If the Site determines
that any user violates any policy, including but not limited to what has been written
in the above documents or expressed in any other means, the Site will remove such
violation from the Site and notify the user. The Site will issue maximum of two
(2) warnings for any violation. Any additional violation will result in loss of
membership and the privileges of using the Site without any additional notice to
the user. The Site also encourages all users to report any violation to the Site
immediately. It is the best interest of all users to inspect and determine the appropriateness
of any item prior to listing to the Site or purchasing from the Site.
This policy describes certain actions relating to the content and the operation
by any user, which the Site considers to be inappropriate and thus prohibited. The
examples identified are provided as examples only for your guidance. If you are
unsure whether any contemplated use or action is permitted by the Site, please contact
the Site. The Site’s right to remove any inappropriate listing or content under
this document shall not place an obligation on the Site to monitor or exert editorial
control over the Site and/or its contents.
Actions considered inappropriate and grounds for removal of offending material or
termination of access to the Site include, but not limited to, the following:
Identity Verification
In order to provide a fully transparent, responsible, and ethical online commerce
environment, the Site reserves a right to verify any and all users’ identity, including
names, addresses and phone numbers provided to the Site. If the Site identifies
and determines that a user has provided invalid or falsified information, the Site
will limit, de-active, and/or remove the user’s account from the Site and its associated
services. The Site also encourages members to report immediately any member who
is using falsified information in the Site.
- Using the Site to sell any goods or services that are unlawful in the location
at which the goods or services are posted or received;
- Using the Site to post any content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, pornographic,
contains nudity or sexual acts, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
- Using the Site to post any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages
violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which
provides instruction, information, or assistance in causing or carrying out such
violence;
- Using the Site to post any content that holds the Site (including its affiliates),
employees or shareholders up to public scorn or ridicule or would in any way damage
or impair the Site's reputation or goodwill;
- Using the Site to post any content that violates any copyrights, patents,
trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others;
- Failing to obtain all required permissions when using the Site to receive,
upload, download, display, distribute, or execute programs or perform other works
protected by intellectual property laws including copyright and patent laws;
- Deleting or altering author attributes, copyright notices, or other copyright
management information, unless expressly permitted in writing by the author or owner;
- Using the Site in a tortuous manner, including the posting of libelous,
defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing or private information without the
permission of the person(s) involved, or posting content that is likely to cause
emotional distress; or
- Introducing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code on the
Internet.
The Site may revise in its sole discretion this policy without prior notice to users.
Any change to this policy or any other documents shall be posted on the Site. It
is your responsibility to review this policy or any other documents on the Site
periodically to apprise yourself of any changes thereto. By registering and using
the Site, you hereby explicitly agree to the terms in this policy and other documents
on the Site.
